Dear Parents,

The PTO is putting out a cookbook with recipes hand-picked by each student.  It can be your child's favorite recipe to make, a recipe you make together, or a favorite recipe made by you, a grandparent, aunt, uncle...etc.

Please submit a recipe for each student with the students signature, a small photo of the student and a short story (1 paragraph or less) about the recipes origin or a favorite memory of the person they got the recipe from.

Please provide the information below so we can include it with your entry.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2011.

The finalized cookbooks will be used as a Fundraiser instead of requesting Carnival Basket donations.  Please support the PTO with your submission so your child can be published…
